Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) uses hormones that are chemically identical to those your body naturally produces. Unlike non-bioidentical hormones (from pregnant horse urine), BHRT is bioidentical to the hormones in your body (from yams, weird!) and tailored to your unique hormone levels and symptoms, offering a more natural and personalized approach to hormone balance.

Common signs of hormonal imbalance include fatigue, weight gain, mood swings, hot flashes, low libido, poor sleep, and brain fog. If you’re in your late 30s or 40s and experiencing these symptoms, comprehensive lab testing can help determine if BHRT is right for you.

Our weight loss program combines a root-cause approach, personalized nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and (when appropriate) FDA-approved weight loss medications like GLP-1s. We also provide support for hormone-related weight gain and teach you how to create sustainable habits that promote long-term success.

Well, you have to qualify first. These medications are not without tough side effects and sacrifice. If you have a BMI of 30 or more, you’re in! If you have a BMI or 27 with an weight related condition (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc), then you’re in. If you don’t meet either of these, we have other options to whip you in shape. And remember, GLP-1’s are just another tool, not a magic injection. You have to put in the work either way.

Many women experience symptoms of thyroid dysfunction even when their labs fall within standard reference ranges. We go beyond “normal” and look for optimal levels—so we can treat the root cause of symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, constipation, and mental fog.

We offer a comprehensive lab panel that evaluates hormone levels (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), thyroid function (including TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and antibodies), inflammatory markers, fasting insulin, and more. These labs give us a full picture of your metabolic and hormonal health.

Yes! Initial consultations, lab reviews, and follow-up visits are all done via secure telemedicine, making it easy and convenient for busy women to get the care they deserve—without disrupting their day.

You’re not bound to any time constraints. Our core programs are designed as 6 month long programs, designed to give your body the time it needs to respond, heal, and adjust. You’ll receive consistent support and ongoing adjustments to your plan based on your progress. However, if you need to leave sooner or want to stay longer, you’re more than welcome either way.

At this time, we are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills upon request that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please know that most insurances do not cover hormone therapy or weight loss services. We do accept FSA and have options for Klarna at checkout.

Labs and your consult are included in the full comprehensive consultation. After that plans vary. Labs going forward will be a separate cost through my low-cost vendor or you may choose to try to get them covered through your insurance. Beware that insurance often does not cover labs beyond the basic panels and may end up costing you more than if you had just paid the cash-pay labs.

We begin with a free health strategy call to get to know you, understand your goals, and determine if our services are a good fit. From there, we’ll guide you through every step of the process with compassion, expertise, and a clear plan forward.

You may use recent labs if they are less than 30 days old. You will not likely have all the required labs and will still need to get additional lab testing done.
